Included in Every Rental:

  • 30-minute set-up & clean-up included
  • Two to five round tables
  • Two 6′ serving tables
  • White linens (other colors available)
  • Up to 30 white chairs
  • Wooden Farm Chairs (+$3.25/chair)

Decorations

Lanterns, burlap runners and glass drink dispensers are available at no additional charge.

Bring your own flowers, additional linens, votive candles, signage and any NON-alcholic beverages.

 

Caterers & Food

You can use any caterere, or bring in your own food. No refrigerator or oven onsite.

Box lunches or a charcuterie grazing table can be added for an additional charge.

 

Alcohol

NO OUTSIDE alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the property.

Cloer Family wines are the only wines allowed to be served. Wine is an additional charge.

Rentals

Small Daytime Rental

  • $45o for 10 to 15 guests
  • 2-3 round tables and 15 chairs provided
  • 3 hour time frame (11am-2pm or 1pm-4pm)

Large Daytime Rental

  • $650 for 16-30 guests
  • 4-5 round tables and 30 chairs provided
  • 3 hour time frame (11am-2pm or 1pm-4pm)

Evening Rental

  • $1100 for up to 50 guests
  • 30 guest maximum for seated events
  • 3 hour time frame (6pm-9pm)
